Please submit two sets of revised <br />plans and details with a response letter, which indicates where each item in <br />this corrections letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmission of the <br />drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will resume. <br />All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and infurmation to ensure <br />that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all <br />adopted codes. <br />General comments <br />1. The site plan sheet Al.l should include sufficient information so that <br />the following information can be reviewed: <br />a. Total number of parking spaces; <br />b. Total number of accessible spaces, one or more of whic-ti should <br />be a van accessible space (see comments below); <br />c. Accessible route to the building (see comments below); <br />d. Location and size of new vault required for the double-check <br />detector assembly (DCDA), installed per City Standard Drawing <br />#515; <br />e. A catalog cut of the DCDA which meets WA State Department of <br />Health requirements for approved assemblies; <br />f. Connection of DCDA to city main; <br />g. Location of riser room and door access (if any); <br />h. A reduced pressure backflow assembly is required inside of the <br />building for Data Center room 139. <br />i. Post indicator valve (or wall indicator valve) location if there is <br />no direct access to the riser room from outside of the building; <br />j.
