A table with a summary of square foot area, occupant load, and <br />t <br />occupant type should be shown for each space on the drawings o <br />determine the total occupant load of the tenant space. <br />a. This table should include the documentation that the accessory <br />occupancy of assembly does not exceed 10% of the floor area of <br />the building area on this story, per IBC section 508.2.1. <br />b. The current floor area identified as assembly use exceeds the <br />10% threshold for the building area of 30,384 square feet. <br />c. The current gross building occupant load will increase based on <br />the cumulative occupant loads deterrnined for assembly spaces. <br />d. The cumulative individual space occupant load should total the <br />gross building occupant load. Currently there is a discrepancy <br />of 138 occupants between these two calculations. <br />2. Sheet A01 identifies several rooms as <br />the use and occupant load appear to b <br />those rooms, which would make these <br />IBC section 303.1, exception 1. <br />being assembly occupancy, <br />e lower than 50 on many of <br />rooms business occupancy, <br />but <br />per <br />3. Roof access, shown as new on this permit =ubmittal from Room 182, <br />should be detailed on the drawings to meet requirements of IMC <br />section 306.5 and IBC section 1009.13.2. <br />4. The elevations for doors 138 A and B should be shown on the drawings <br />and should be identified as tempered gla�.ing, if glazed. <br />Egress <br />1.
