These are not SEPA <br />conditions. All requirements are prelimi��ary in nature, and are based on the preliminary <br />site plan and the ordinances in effect at ;ime of submiital fior SEPA review. The <br />proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete building permit <br />application is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For <br />vesting under the Zoning Code, please rafer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). <br />Contact the Planning Department for information regarding appeals processes for the <br />requirements listed in this document. <br />A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance <br />with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submiited to the Public <br />Works Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br />drainagE, temporary construction erosion controi, a�;d all required improvements in <br />the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is <br />required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is <br />granted. <br />
