At this time we are proposing to leave ihe existing service <br />center, showroom and offices with no changes and to construct a new one story, %500 <br />s.f. service building (34'-0" x 220'-8") to the south of the existing service center (see <br />attached Site Plan Drawing). The new service building will be constructed of CMU walls <br />and pn>-manufactured wood trusses v�ith a standing seam metal roof. There will be a <br />total of 12 service bays, H.C, toilet room, change room, tool room, transmission room <br />and compressor room within the new building. <br />We would like to go in for a building permit in early march of this year. There wiil be no <br />changes to the exist�ng �ite regarding landscapin� street improvements, except for <br />new paint striping for parking ad�acent to the new buildmg.
