4. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />ACCESS ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO <br />COD4MENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br />5. Fire Hvdrants — Locations as shown on the site plan are acceptable. <br />6. Fire Flow — Fire flow requirements for these structures is 1,500 gpm. <br />7. Fire Alarm Svstem - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided <br />as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of ihe Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Plans for such system shall be submitted to ihe Fire Marshal for review and <br />approval prior to installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment <br />intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Deparlment inspector, <br />shall be performed, along with a certificate of compietion, prior to final acceptance <br />of the system. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be insialled under permit of the City of Everei; Bui!ding <br />Department. Fire Su pression (Sprinkler) System - An approved automatic suppression syster� <br />shall be provided as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of <br />the Everett Municipal Code. <br />Pians for any such system shall be submitted to the Ciuilding Department and the <br />Everett Fire Department for examination and approval. Such pians shall include <br />plans for the underground mains that will supply the sprinkler system. <br />Aboveground sprinkler piping shall be hydrostatically tesied as established in <br />NFPA Standard 13. Underground piping shall ba hydrostatically tested and <br />flushed as esfablished in NFoA Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests <br />shail be witnessed by a Fire Deparlment inspector.
