4. <br />i be instslled under <br />A substantial amount of design work has been considered in crr:.ating a <br />comprehensive signage package to cortibine the restaurants new Thai fa4ade <br />architecture with the signage for the restaurart to compliment the acrchictectual <br />details of the building. <br />The application of a Comprehensive Design Plan for the freestanding sign results in <br />the sign being able to located directly in front of the restaurant's fatade and entrance <br />thus enhanc!ng the sites unique and different styling. <br />Decision: The Ciiy of E��erett Planning Director finds that an exceptional effort has tieen <br />made toward creating harmony betwt � the sign, the buildiny fa�ade and entrance into <br />the restaurant through u: e of a cc >tent design theme which complements and <br />enhances the surrounding ��nvironment. The preposed compreh�nsive sign design plan <br />to allow for the new freestanding sign to be located within less than 150 ieel from <br />another freestanding sign on the same site is hereby approved. <br />The applicant or any aggrie��ed property owner may appeal the Planning Director's <br />decision with�;i 14 calendar days of the date of this decision.
