The following <br />information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />I. Plumbing schedule. <br />2. Copy of proposed menu. <br />3. The handwash sink at the wait station with the ice cream cabinet has a dipper well in front of it. <br />Th� dipperwell or the handsink must be relocated to provide unobstructed access to the handsink <br />and avoid potential chemical c:oss contamination. Also, if the handsink remains in the present <br />location, splash protection must be installed between the sink and the food area of the cabinet. A <br />horizontal separation of at least 16 inches or a vertical partition 16 inches in height is required. <br />4. An additional handwash sink is required on the cook line on the same end as the existing nvo <br />door freezer. This will serv� the end of the coo:. ;ine as well as the scullery area. <br />5. No food preparation sink is identified on the tloor plan. A food preparation sink is required. <br />6. No slop or dump sink is identified on the t7oor plan at the bar. A slop or dump sink is required. <br />?. The Randell 9400A work top ref�igerators and freezers are not in the cutter.t National Sanitation <br />Foundation (NSF) listings. These units must be replaced with NSF or equivalent listed units, or <br />documentation submitted demonstrating NSF equivalency. (Note: In April 1998, some model <br />numbers changed dee to implementation of the new NSF Standard 7. I recommeud that the <br />model numbers for these units be verified and resubmi[ted) <br />8. The McCall ref�gerated counter units, model #R-6E, are not in the current NSF listings. These <br />units must be replaced with NSF or equivalent listed units, or documer,tation submitted <br />demonstrating NSF equivalency. <br />9. Resubmit a Floor plan, drawn to scale, snowing location of all equipment, plumbing fix:ures , <br />required additional sinks and the like.
