The existing side-sewer for this site discharges to a grinder pump at the adjacent auto shop. A <br />common side-sewer now conveys sewer flow to Evergreen Way. A separate side-side to eliminate <br />this combined use will be required for this proposal. <br />9. A discharge permit from the C�ty of Everett's <br />Industrial Pretreatment Program may be required for this sanitary sewer connection. <br />Vehicle maintenance shops often wash v:hicles or steam clean vehicle engines and Parts• AnY <br />waste water generated from vehicle washing or steam cleaning on this site must not enter the <br />storm drain system. A separate area must be provideci for this type of activity which discharges to <br />the sanitary sewer. The uea where venicle washing or steam cleamng will oc�ur must be <br />covered, paved with Portland Cement concrete, and hydrologically isolated from the site's storm <br />drain system. An oiUwater separator will be required to treat the waste water before discharge to <br />the sa►utary se�ver.
