The existing side-sewer for this site discharges to a grinder pump at the adjacent auto shop. A <br />common side-sewer now conveys sewer flow to Evergreen Way. A separate side-side to eliminate <br />this combined use will be required for this proposal. <br />9. Compliance with the current city building code and sprinkler ordinance is required [sprinkler�will <br />Ue required]. <br />10. Stormwater runoff from paved surfaces must be routed through either a baffle-type oillwater <br />separator in series with a vegetated swale or through a wetpond prior to dischazge from the site. <br />These water quality enhancing facilities must be deugned m accordance with City standards. <br />11. No physical connection to the storm drainage system <br />dispensmg area, or stonge areas. <br />12. The tire stonge area and trash area must be covered. <br />13. <br />14. <br />will be allowed for repair bays, fluid <br />�r,c S <br />An area for washing�s, that is convenient to the service bays and that discharges to the samtary <br />sewer afrer appropriate pretreatment, is required. A discharge permit from the C�ty of Everett's <br />Industrial Pretreatment Program may be required for this sanitary sewer connection. <br />Vehicle maintenance shops often wash v:hicles or steam clean vehicle engines and Parts• AnY <br />waste water generated from vehicle washing or steam cleaning on this site must not enter the <br />storm drain system. A separate area must be provideci for this type of activity which discharges to <br />the sanitary sewer. The uea where venicle washing or steam cleamng will oc�ur must be <br />covered, paved with Portland Cement concrete, and hydrologically isolated from the site's storm <br />drain system. An oiUwater separator will be required to treat the waste water before discharge to <br />the sa►utary se�ver. Design details for the oil/water sepatator will be available from the Indusuial <br />Pretreatment Program. <br />INFORMA'TION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1.
