The largest employment center is �o tha west, which <br />repLasents the exi�tinq Boeinq 747-777 Eacility. The areas c! <br />greatast concentration ot sinqle Pamily residantial aa well as <br />multi-family residential liea primarily to tha north, east and <br />south. The largest residential center is to the north, which is <br />closer in to the City o! Everett. However, there ia a very larqe <br />component which lies to tha south and east within south Snohomish <br />County and north Kinq County. see Figure 3, !or a qraphical <br />repreaentation. <br />The traftic volumes which were provided by the City o! Everntt <br />validate theae observations in that, the largest directional <br />volumes north of SR 526 are headed to tha north and the largest <br />diractional volumea eouth o! SR 526 are headed to the south. <br />Thls indicates that within tha qeneral vi.cinity of tha project SR <br />526 ia utilized in conjunction with Evergrean Way (SR-99) as <br />
