October 10, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., October 10, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Murphy, McNeal, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Moore was excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 3, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> Council Member Moore entered the council chambers at 6:31 p.m. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin reported that she spoke with Everett Housing Authority <br /> Board members, and the vote on the Baker Heights property is scheduled <br /> for October 29. She stated that she and Council President Roberts will be <br /> meeting with the executive director and Board president on Friday and will <br /> update the Council next week. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Snohomish Health District Board meeting. <br /> Council Member McNeal provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Riverside Neighborhood meeting last evening. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reminded the public that the Monte Cristo Awards <br /> ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, October 25 at the Everett Historic <br /> Theatre; doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the presentation begins 7:00 p.m. <br /> Council President Roberts announced that Council Briefing Agenda item <br /> number 1, the Everett benchmarking report update, has been pulled. He <br /> stated the report is not ready, and it is expected that the presentation will <br /> I. <br /> 314 <br />
