• <br /> The agreed upon strengthening concepts will be finalized and provided to the City,along with an estimate <br /> of probable construction costs, in the Final Report. <br /> PROJECT DELIVERABLE SUMMARY <br /> For this project,the anticipated deliverables will include the following: <br /> Technical Summary Memorandum. For the Rucker Building, WRK will produce a memo outlining <br /> the results of our seismic evaluation. Our memo will also include discussion of strengthening <br /> options to achieve the desired seismic performance level. WRK anticipates meeting with the City <br /> (via teleconference)to review strengthening options and determine the"preferred strengthening <br /> option". <br /> Final Seismic Evaluation & Strengthening Report. The Final Report will include the seismic <br /> evaluation, proposed seismic strengthening, and an estimate of probable construction costs to <br /> complete the strengthening work.The intent of the Final Report is to provide the City with a clear <br /> understanding of the required strengthening work and construction cost to achieve the desire <br /> post-earthquake performance in terms of safety, damage costs, and recovery time. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The Project Schedule below is based on an anticipated Notice to Proceed of October 22. Notice to Proceed <br /> will occur after the Professional Services Agreement is signed by the Major. The milestones identified <br /> below show the anticipated sequence of project activities along with dates of performance. <br /> TRASK BUILDING PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Project Milestone Date <br /> Anticipated Notice to Proceed & Project Kick-Off Meeting October 22, 2018 <br /> Building Walk-Through October 24,2018 <br /> Technical Memo of structural evaluation results, building November 19, 2018 <br /> ratings, and strengthening options <br /> Meeting with City—Review strengthening options and select November 21, 2018 <br /> best value concepts to achieve target building rating <br /> Final Report with cost estimate submitted to City December 14, 2018 <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
