Documented transportation mitigation revenue by year since 2014 and 3 Hrs. $450 <br /> comparison to prior tracking. (Raw data Provided by city) <br /> 2. Explore/update the increase in construction costs since the present fee was 2 Hrs. $300 <br /> updated in 2014 and the increased future trip forecast from the latest PSRC model <br /> 3. Update the transportation impact fee rates for up to 20 other jurisdictions in 5 Hrs. $750 <br /> Washington State using easily available material and MRSC Data. Document in a <br /> graphical format <br /> 4. Considered the merits of a CBD and Paine Field sub area verses city-wide impact 10 Hrs. $1,500 <br /> fees, i.e.,with and without Paine Field sub area <br /> 5. Establish projects eligible for the cost fee basis by determining any existing 30 Hrs. $4,500 <br /> deficiencies and future capacity need due to development like the September 2009 <br /> mitigation memo. <br /> 6. Identify if and what Transportation Management strategies/plan should be added 5 Hrs. $750 <br /> to take advantage of the discount in the Metro Area <br /> 7. Calculate a fee per unit type and per SF for main categories that include any pass- 10 Hrs. $1,500 <br /> by reduction or Metro zone discount. <br /> 8. Administration hours for report/memo writing reviewing, initial draft comments 15 Hrs. $2,250 <br /> and producing final report and power point presentation. <br /> 9.
