Walkways must allow pedestrians and wheelchairs to gain easy access from side�valks and <br /> hus stops to building entrances dirough the use of paths which are physically separated <br /> from vehicle traffic and mancuvering areas. (See the ciry's Design and Constrnction <br /> Standards and 5pecifications Manual and Section 39.165 of the Zoning Code.) <br /> 3. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of <br /> the Zoning Code. Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins sha11 be provided and <br /> hc screened from view from die street and from adjacent properties. This screening may <br /> he Jone using dense vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural <br /> enclosure. <br /> �4. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents, must be screened per Secti��,n 39.040 of <br /> the 7_oning Code. <br /> j. The building must not exceed 50 feet in hciglit. <br /> 6. Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 0l' the Zoning Code. At a minimum this <br /> must include the following: <br /> a.
