Lyumvood, \VA 98036 AHERA Inspector Number: 1021898 <br />Phone: (425) 673.9850, Pax: (425) 673-98 f 0 <br />��wwscmUe;tsbestostcst.cwn / steve@i scattleasbestostest.com Property Location <br />Part of 9610 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98204 <br />Major limitations of this survey are: (1) it's impossible to s^mple every <br />inch of building material by the method called, (2) sample appears <br />the same, i.e., homogeneous may in fact be different in terms of <br />asbestos containing, (3) concealed or difficult -to -access materials, <br />such as underground constructions, areas under carpet, debris from <br />burning can not be adequately sampled, (4) random sampling <br />scheme called by the method may skip areas that contains asbestos. <br />As such, materials that are not addressed in this survey should be <br />assumed ACM, and any effort for additional survey that may take <br />place after the release of this report should be il,i the form of an <br />addenda. <br />Further more, it should be noted that this is a partial survey as <br />instructed by the client. The part in the building that was not <br />surveyed is out of the scope of this survey. <br />This report is for the exclusive use of Client named and their <br />representatives. The inspection and the report follow the general <br />guidance recommended by AHERA, and no any other warranty, <br />express or implied, is made.
