(1) Award construction contract for the West Marine View Drive Utilities Project to KLB Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,379,227.25, including Washington State sales tax. (2) CB 1810-47 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing special system development fees for connection to the City of Everett water and sewer systems and stormwater system impacts, amending Ordinance 3095-08. (3rd and final Reading and public hearing on 11-7-18). (3) CB 1810-48 — 1st Reading —Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3578-17 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project", Fund 342, and Program 025, to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the amount of $305,000. (3rd and final Reading and on 11-7-18). (4) CB 1810-49 — 1st Reading —Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Deer Park Playground Replacement", Fund 354, Program 057, for the Replacement of Park Playground Equipment. (3rd and final Reading and on 11-7-18). PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (5) CB 1810-45 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2019, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the ensuring year, as required by the Charter of the City of everett and the laws of the State of Washington. (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 11-7-18). (6) CB 1810-46 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to reusable bags, adding a new chapter to Title 8 EMC (Health and Safety.) (This item has been pulled and will be on the General Government Subcommittee November 14, 2018 beginning at 5:00 p.m.)
