CONSENT: (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,488,009.89 for the period of October 6, 2018 through October 12, 2018. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for payment of the Business Improvement Area Assessment. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for the sewer force main condition assessment, in the amount of $93.770. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 with Murraysmith to provide additional construction support services for Legion Golf Course Stormwater Detention Project in an amount not to exceed $22,175. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Addendum No. 2 to the Clinical Training Agreement with Providence Regional Medical Center at no additional cost to the city. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for sex offender address and residency verification program services in the amount of $101,000.00. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between System Designs West and the City of Everett. ACTION: (14) Award Request for Proposals 2018-057 Public Works Site Selection Study to Makers Architecture and Urban Design LLP for a two-year contract or until completion of the study for an amount not to exceed $228,000. (15) CB 1810-40 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2018 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3624-18. (16) CB 1810-41 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating Department 018 in the General Fund, entitled Communications and Marketing, to account for all transactions relating to the operations of The Communications and Marketing Department. (17) CB 1810-42 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Department 021 in the General Fund, to be entitled Community, Planning, and Economic Development to account for all transactions relating to the operations of Community, Planning, and Economic Development Department.
