2 <br /> Section 12 <br /> Sections of this Ordinance are to be codified as follows: <br /> Ordinance Section EMC Section <br /> 1 14.08.135.A <br /> 2 14.08.135.B <br /> 3 14.08.135.0 <br /> 4 14.08.135.D <br /> 5 14.08.135.E <br /> 6 14.08.135.F <br /> 7 14.08.135.G <br /> 8 14.08.135.H <br /> 9 14.08.135.I <br /> 10 14.08.135.J <br /> 11 14.08.135.K <br /> The current EMC 14.08.135A-J is from Sections 1 through 10 of Ordinance 3095- <br /> 08. Those ten ordinance sections were effective for years 2009 through 2018. <br /> Although those ten ordinance sections are not repealed, their codification is no <br /> longer necessary as of January 1,2019 because they are no longer in effect and <br /> are superseded by the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 13 <br /> The City Council hereby declares that should any section,paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase <br /> of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it <br /> would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination of any such <br /> portion as may be declared invalid. <br /> 811 <br />
