� <br />ASSIGNh1EMT OF LEASE <br />� <br />THIS ASSIGNMENTOF LEASE (this "Assignment") dated as of the _day of <br />Sepiember, 2008,by and between the following Assignors: The Heirs and <br />Devisees of Frederick D. Saunders and Bette F. Saunders, also appearing of <br />record as Betty F. Saunders, both deceased as to an undivided one haif interest; <br />Steven C. Saunders and Josephine J. Saunders, Husband and Wife; as to an <br />undivided one fourth interest; and, Mary V�rebb Duryee, as her separate estate <br />and Mary Webb Duryee, Maureen Duryee, and Margaret May Duryee, as co- <br />trustees of ihe Oan A. Duryee, Jr., Credit Trust as to the remaining one fourth <br />interest, and Assignees, Delores Robinson, John Robinson, and Wiiliam D. ' <br />Tackitt, a single person, <br />VdiTNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS the Assignees agree to purchase from the Assignors, the lands and <br />premises knowr as 99i0 Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington, 99208. The legal <br />descriplion subject to this assignment is more fully contained in the attached and <br />incorporated by reference as Exhibit "A," known as the "Property." <br />AND VJitiEREAS the Property is leased pursuant to a PSC Site Agreement, Site <br />SE59XC004/117126 880407 ("Crown Castle" number) to CCGS Holdings, LlC <br />("Crown Castie) a subsidiary of Crown Castle Internalional Corp, which was , <br />merged wilh Global Signal, Inc.
