GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this 2�ea. To initiate new service orders, please contact Marilyn Uavis Westlund at (425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior to the required in-service date. Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole expense, and requires 90 days minirnum notice. Please contact Elai�e Babby at (206)224-2018 to coordinate relocation requests. 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this project, please call f:urt Martin of the District's Customer Engineering Office, Everett at 258-8291. 3. Verizon Northwest has facilities near this location. However, any building entrances must be coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation of Verizon facilities that is required to construct thc new apartments will be at the total expense of the developer. Any relocation will take 60 to 120 days. Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. Verizon's engineering will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and telephone requiremenis. 5. It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit and trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network communications cable within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is incorporated into the project to accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there �,vill be no costs to the d2��loper for Verizon's cable. 6. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-�vay is necessary, appropriate charges will ba estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment form will be forwardec+ tn y�u for your signature. Prior to commencement of Verizon's Enginea; ing for such rearrangement, a deposit will be required. To insure timely ie�eohone service, Verizon requests ninety (90) days lead time for engineering, procurement, and installation of cable and/or Verizon's equipment.
