The above noted <br /> parties are hereby granted permit to operate a Transfer Station and Recycling Center. <br /> This permit shall remain the property of the Klickitat County Health Department and may <br /> be revoked after an opportunity for a hearing under Klickitat County Ordinance 8.14.030 <br /> upon violation by the holder of any applicable local or state rules and regulations. <br /> The cover page of this permit shall remain on site and be posted in an area clearly visible <br /> to the general public.
