Klickitat County Health Department <br /> SOLID WASTE HANDLING FACILITY PERMIT <br /> FACILITY NAME: Roosevelt Regional Landfill <br /> FACILITY TYPE: Solid Waste Transfer Station <br /> FACILITY OWNER: Regional Disposal Company <br /> SITE ADDRESS: 500 Roosevelt Grade Rd., Roosevelt, WA 99356 <br /> CONTACT PERSON: Don Tibbets <br /> PERMIT VALID: April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 <br /> SPECIAL COMMENTS: <br /> The above noted parties agree to comply with Chapter 173-304/173-351 WAC "Criteria <br /> for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills",the most current Klickitat County Solid Waste <br /> Management Plan,the conditions of this permit, and all state regulations, including, but <br /> not limited to,water quality, dangerous waste, air quality,and noise. The above noted <br /> parties are hereby granted permit to operate a Transfer Station and Recycling Center. <br /> This permit shall remain the property of the Klickitat County Health Department and may <br /> be revoked after an opportunity for a hearing under Klickitat County Ordinance 8.14.030 <br /> upon violation by the holder of any applicable local or state rules and regulations. <br /> The cover page of this permit shall remain on site and be posted in an area clearly visible <br /> to the general public.
