Contact John Jimerson to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: A DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in the proposal, dis,losure of <br />new significant Information, misrepresentation by the applicant, or failure to comply with the <br />conditions upon which this Determination of Non -Significance is predicat^d. <br />This determination shall terminate if the applicant does not apply for a building permit within <br />18 months (or, with an extension, 24 months) of issuance of a final threshold determination, <br />except where a time limit on the land use permit is otherwise established under federal or <br />state law, city ordinance, or an executed development agreement. <br />
