060 G 701 -C/?_� <br />Utility Trench and Transformer Vault <br />Everett Shipyard proposes to construct a utility trench and transformer vault at a 51-year <br />leasehold site it has on Port of Everett property at approximately 2730 Federal Avenue, <br />Everett WA. <br />The above improvements have been approved pursuant to a Shoreline Substantial <br />Development Permit No. 2007-NW-30020 issued by the Department of Ecology on May <br />17, 2007 and a City of Everett Final Determination of Non -Significance (SEPA No. 06- <br />078) dated April 30. 2007. <br />The Utility Trench is to be constructed per the included plans. <br />The Transformer Vault to be constructed is per Attachment A <br />A one -line diagram is included as Attachment B. <br />The portion applicable to PUD primary power has receive preliminary review and <br />preliminary approval from Ed Kelso, Snohomish County PUD. Formal approval is <br />pending. <br />
