These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by <br />other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2006 <br />International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br />Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />1. Your submittal appears to indicate an open stricture with approximately 8,700 square feet <br />of roof area located 5 feet from a properly line to the north. Section 704.8 of the IBC <br />prohibits open buildings that arc closer than 10 feet to a property line ( Footnote I ) <br />2. Chapter 16.76 of the Everett Municipal code requires the installation of an automatic fire <br />suppression system. <br />3.
