EDO <br />E n G I n E E R S <br />DATE: <br />TO: <br />CC: <br />FROM: <br />memorandum <br />April 27. 2009 JOB #: 07-21-031 <br />Kevin Quigley &Randy Wyllys Everett Shipyard _— <br />SUBJECT: Everett Shipyard Metal Building Completion Letter <br />At your request and to meet the requirements of the City of Everett, DCI Engineers has performed a final <br />inspection of the metal building structure built at 2730 Federal Avenue in Everett, Washington. The <br />permit number for this project is B0807-020. <br />DCI Engineer's is the Engineer of Record for this project. We provided the structural construction <br />documents for the design of the foundation and reuse of the salvaged metal building; we were involved <br />during construction on an as needed on call basis; and we have performed a final inspection of the <br />completed structure on April 27, 2009. <br />Everett Shipyard performed the special inspection for the welding.
