This was a 5-year ILA covering 2013-17. <br /> In 2017 Amendment No. 1 was approved to give the City and Snohomish County time to review the formulas <br /> in the agreement for accuracy and fairness. Additional mapping and modeling work took place in 2018. The <br /> District has requested a one year extension to to review this new information prior to signing a new 5-year <br /> agreement. Amendment No. 2 provides for a one year extension to accommodate the District's review and <br /> negotiations with the City and Snohomish County for the Tri-Party Agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor to sign a Amendment No. 2 of an Interlocal Agreement for a one year extension with <br /> Marshland Flood Control District and Snohomish County for accommodating the City's surface water runoff. <br /> 43 <br />
