Approval of such material use shall be as detailed elsewhere <br /> 15 in the Standard Specifications. <br /> I 16 <br /> 17 Prior to Physical Completion the Contractor shall report the quantity of recycled <br /> 18 materials that were utilized in the construction of the project for each of the items listed <br /> 19 in Section 9-03.21. Employees should not be permitted to work <br /> 46 on the project site before the Contractor has established and made known procedures <br /> 47 for removal of injured persons to a hospital or a doctor's care. <br /> 48 <br /> I49 The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for the safety, efficiency, and adequacy of <br /> 50 the Contractor's plant, appliances, and methods, and for any damage or injury resulting <br /> 51 from their failure, or improper maintenance, use, or operation.
