The hours of minority and female <br /> I 29 employment and training must be substantially uniform throughout the length of the <br /> 30 contract, in each construction craft and in each trade, and the Contractor shall make <br /> 31 a good faith effort to employ minorities and women evenly on each of its projects. <br /> I 32 The transfer of minority or female employees or trainees from Contractor to <br /> 33 Contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of meeting the Contractor's <br /> 34 goal shall be a violation of the contract, the Executive Order and the regulations in <br /> 35 41 CFR Part 60-4. Compliance with the goals will be measured against the total <br /> I36 work hours performed. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 3. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the Office of Federal Contract <br /> 39 Compliance Programs (OFCCP) within 10 working days of award of any construction <br /> 40 subcontract in excess of $10,000 or more that are Federally funded, at any tier for <br /> 41 construction work under the contract resulting from this solicitation. The notification <br /> I 42 shall list the name, address and telephone number of the Subcontractor; employer <br /> 43 identification number of the Subcontractor; estimated dollar amount of the <br /> 44 subcontract; estimated starting and completion dates of the subcontract; and the <br /> I 45 geographical area in which the contract is to be performed.
