I <br /> I1 FS-a..23(1) OPTS-LANECLOSUREDOCZ <br /> 2 (January 5, 2015) <br /> 3 Lane closures are subject to the following restrictions: <br /> I 4 ** <br /> 5 * <br /> 6 <br /> I 7 Local/Business Access <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Local/Business access shall be maintained at all times unless otherwise permitted by the <br /> I 10 Engineer and advanced notification to property owners is provided. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Broadway <br /> I 13 <br /> 14 No single lane closures will be permitted northbound or southbound weekdays between <br /> 15 2:30pm and 6:00pm, with no time restrictions on weekends for single lane closures. <br /> I 16 <br /> 17 No multiple lane closures will be permitted northbound between 10:00am and 8:00pm, <br /> 18 and weekends will not be permitted between 10:00am and 6:00pm, except for in-lane <br /> 19 Cement Concrete Pad work as noted below. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 No multiple lane closures will be permitted southbound between 5:30am and 7:00pm, <br /> I 22 and weekends will not be permitted between 10:00am and 6:00pm, except for in-lane <br /> 23 Cement Concrete Pad work as noted below. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Changes of traffic signal operation from normal operation to flashing or dark stop and go <br /> I26 operation will not be allowed from 6:00am to 7:00pm daily. There are no time restrictions <br /> 27 on parking or shoulder closures. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 All Other Streets <br /> 30 <br /> 31 No single lane closures will be permitted weekdays between 2:30pm and 6:00pm. <br /> I 32 <br /> 33 There are no restrictions on weekends for single lane closures. <br /> 34 <br /> I 35 Multiple lane closures will require a change in signal operation or street closure with <br /> 36 detour, and corresponding hours apply. Changes of traffic signal operation from normal <br /> 37 operation to flashing or dark stop and go operation will not be allowed from 11:00am to <br /> I 38 6:00pm daily. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Street closures of local streets with established detour routes will be considered on a <br /> I 41 case by case basis for no more than 12 hours per day. However street closures will not <br /> 42 be allowed on arterial streets, or bus routes. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Street closures require traffic control plan approval three days prior to closure.
