Property owner releases per Section 1-07.24 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 -O8.6,&R1 <br /> 7 Suspension of Work <br /> 8 <br /> 9 1-08,6,1NSTS,GRI <br /> 10 Section 1-08.6 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Fl-C8.6.OPT I-PROCUREMENT DOc s <br /> 13 (January 3, 2017) <br /> 14 Contract time may be suspended for the HMA mix design evaluation report or for <br /> 15 procurement of critical materials (Procurement Suspension). In order to receive a <br /> 16 Procurement Suspension, the Contractor shall within 21 calendar days after execution by <br /> 17 the Contracting Agency, submit all HMA mix designs not already on the QPL according <br /> 18 to Section 5-04.2(1) or place purchase orders for all materials deemed critical by the <br /> 19 Contracting Agency for Physical Completion of the Contract. The Contractor shall provide <br /> 20 a copy of the completed WSDOT Form 350-042 indicating the date the mix design was <br /> 21 submitted, or copies of purchase orders for the critical materials. Such purchase orders <br /> 22 shall disclose the purchase order date and estimated delivery dates for such critical <br /> 23 material. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The Contractor shall show the HMA mix design evaluation report or procurement of the <br /> 26 critical materials listed below as activities in the Progress Schedule. If the approved <br /> 27 Progress Schedule indicates that acceptance of the HMA mix designs or materials <br /> 28 procurement are critical activities, and if the Contractor has provided documentation that <br /> 29 purchase orders are placed for the critical materials within the prescribed 21 calendar 1 <br /> 30 days, then Contract time will be suspended upon Physical Completion of all critical work <br /> 31 except that work dependent upon the below listed critical materials: <br /> 32 <br /> 33 "** <br /> 34 <br /> 35 PPB POLES <br /> 36 SIGNAL HEADS AND HARDWARE <br /> 37 <br /> 38 *' <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Charging of Contract time will resume upon the Contractor's receipt of a WSDOT mix <br /> 41 design evaluation report or delivery of the critical materials to the Contractor, notification <br /> 42 that the critical materials are ready for delivery to the Contractor from the Contracting <br /> 43 Agency's Materials Laboratory, or *** 90 *** calendar days after execution by the <br /> 44 Contracting Agency, whichever occurs first. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 No additional Procurement Suspension will be provided if the Contractor's HMA mix <br /> 47 designs did not meet Contract requirements and are resubmitted. <br /> 48 <br /> 1 <br /> N.
