I <br /> 1 1-07.18 Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance <br /> 2 Item number 1 is supplemented with the following new sentence: <br /> 3 <br /> 4 This policy shall be kept in force from the execution date of the Contract until the Physical <br /> 5 Completion Date. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 1-08.AP1 <br /> 8 Section 1-08, Prosecution and Progress <br /> 9 August 6, 2018 <br /> 10 1-08.1 Subcontracting <br /> 11 The first sentence of the seventh paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 12 <br /> 13 All Work that is not performed by the Contractor will be considered as subcontracting <br /> 14 except: purchase of sand, gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, batched concrete <br /> 15 aggregates, ready-mix concrete, off-site fabricated structural steel, other off-site <br /> 16 fabricated items, and any other materials supplied by established and recognized <br /> 17 commercial plants; or (2) delivery of these materials to the Work site in vehicles owned <br /> 18 or operated by such plants or by recognized independent or commercial hauling <br /> 19 companies hired by those commercial plants. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 1-08.5 Time for Completion <br /> 22 Item number 2 of the sixth paragraph is supplemented with the following: <br /> 23 <br /> 24 f. A copy of the Notice of Termination sent to the Washington State Department of <br /> 25 Ecology (Ecology); the elapse of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the <br /> 26 Notice of Termination by Ecology; and no rejection of the Notice of Termination by <br /> 27 Ecology. This requirement will not apply if the Construction Stormwater General <br /> 28 Permit is transferred back to the Contracting Agency in accordance with Section 8- <br /> 29 01.3(16). <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1-08.7 Maintenance During Suspension <br /> 32 The fifth paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The Contractor shall protect and maintain all other Work in areas not used by traffic. All <br /> 35 costs associated with protecting and maintaining such Work shall be the responsibility of <br /> 36 the Contractor. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 1-09.AP1 <br /> 39 Section 1-09, Measurement and Payment <br /> 40 August 6, 2018 I <br /> 41 1-09.2(1) General Requirements for Weighing Equipment <br /> 42 The last paragraph is supplemented with the following: <br /> 43 <br /> 44 When requested by the Engineer, the Contractor's representative shall collect the tickets <br /> 45 throughout the day and provide them to the Engineer's designated receiver, not later than <br /> 46 the end of shift, for reconciliation.
