Approval is also subject to �:pplicable code and field <br />inspections. <br />The review has been completed pursuant to WAC 248-10 Boarding Home Codified <br />Rules, Regulations and Standards adopted by the Washington State Board <br />of Health as amended to date. It does not include evaluation for state <br />electrical requirements as reviewed by Department of Labor and Industries <br />in accordance with WAC 296-46-140. Comments which precede the citation of <br />the WAC section or adopted code are requirements. The diagonal grab bar shown on Sheet A-1 at the side of the water <br />closet in the typical tub room as shown could be used in tub room #206 <br />but not in tub room #204 because of the door openi���;. Instead of a <br />diagonal grab bar which must be used to pull one's self up off of the <br />water closet, we recommend at least a 36" bar mounted horizontally <br />approximately 30" to 33" above the floor and extending 18" beyond the <br />
