The <br />property for these permits is located at 2520 Madison Street, <br />Everett, Washington. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Air Touch Cellular (Appiicant) requested approval of a Special Properfy Use <br />Permit for the construction of a 120 foot steel monopole triangular platform top <br />that will support three banks of cellular phone system antennas connected to a <br />12 x 20 foct equipment shelter at the base at 2520 Madison Sireet, Everett, <br />Washington (subject property). The Applicant also requested approval of a <br />variance from the minimum building setbacks lo aliow the monopole to exceed <br />the R-3 zone height limits and a variance from the minimum building setbacks. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br />Evereri on July 23, 1998.
