After �ue consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the Applic�nt, testimony and evidence elicited during the pubiic hearing, and as the result of the personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the following findings of fact and conciusions constitute the basis of the decision of the �verett Hearing Examiner. FINDINGS OF FACT The Applicant requested approval of a Special Proporty Use Permit for the construction of a 120 foot steel monopole triangular platform top that wiil support three banks of cellular phone system antennas that are connected to a 12 x 20 fool equipment sheiter at the base. The Applicant also requested approval of a variance to allow the monopole to exceed the R-3 zone height limits and a variance from minimum building setbacks. The proposal is projected to be developed at 2520 Madison Street, Everett, Wasl�ington. (Exliibit 1, Hunt testimony) 2.
