Letter io John Hunt from Sunrise View dated July 23, 1998 <br />Ail of the exhibits are availabie for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Office <br />located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Wasfiington. <br />After �ue consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the <br />Applic�nt, testimony and evidence elicited during the pubiic hearing, and as the <br />result of the personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas <br />by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the following findings of fact and conciusions <br />constitute the basis of the decision of the �verett Hearing Examiner. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />The Applicant requested approval of a Special Proporty Use Permit for <br />the construction of a 120 foot steel monopole triangular platform top that <br />wiil support three banks of cellular phone system antennas that are <br />connected to a 12 x 20 fool equipment sheiter at the base. The <br />Applicant also requested approval of a variance to allow the monopole to <br />exceed the R-3 zone height limits and a variance from minimum building <br />setbacks. The proposal is projected to be developed at 2520 Madison <br />Street, Everett, Wasl�ington. (Exliibit 1, Hunt testimony) <br />2. The subject property is a 1.7 acre parcel of land that is developed with � <br />nursing and retirement liome. The location of the proposed monopole <br />will be adjacent to the existing nursiny a�d retirement home in a vacant <br />1� <br />
