The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Stalemant is <br />not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes comoliance <br />witii State law and City orciinances related to general envirunmental protection <br />:ncluding but not limited to righi-of-way impruvement requirements, drainage, etc. This <br />decision was mada after review of a completed environmental checklist and other <br />information on fife with the lead egency.
