20. Fire flow requirements for this structure are 2,000 gpm. <br /> 21. An approved automatic suppression system sh all be provided as required by City <br /> Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Plans for ar.; ..uch system must be submitted to the Suilding Department and the <br /> Everett Fire Lepartment for examination and approval. Such plans must include <br /> plans for the underground mains that will supply the sprinkler system. <br /> Aboveground sprinkler piping must be hydrostatically tested as established in <br /> NFPA Standard 13. Underground piping must be hydrostatically tested and <br /> flushed as established in NFPS Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests <br /> must be witnessed by a Fire Department inspector. Call 425-257-8123 to make <br /> an appointment for inspection. <br /> Contractors' materials and test certificates must be submitted to the Everett Fire <br /> Department prior to issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. <br /> Call 425-257-8123 for more information. <br /> 22. An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as required by <br /> City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Plans for any such system must be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and <br /> approval prior to installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment <br /> intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department <br /> Inspector, shall be performed, along with a certificate of completion, prior to final <br /> acceptance of the system. <br /> Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. <br /> Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City Building <br /> Department. Electrical inspections and approval are requirad prior to calling for <br /> acceptance tests. Call 425-257-8810 for pormit information. <br /> 23. Standpipes shall be installed per Sections 9U4.5 and 904.6 of the UBC. , <br /> 24. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum UL rating of 2A:10-B:C must be <br /> provided within 75 feet travel distance on each floor of all portions of each <br /> building during construction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 25. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire <br /> lanes must be ���entified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING <br /> - FIRE LAN�" and ��ertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE -TOW <br /> AWAY Z01JE:' Location must be approved by the Fire Marshai. I <br /> 26. The premiss� must be clearly identified by address at the street entry. Each ', <br /> buiiding must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access ;, <br /> road. Each suite must be cleariy identified so as to be visible and legible from <br /> the access road. I <br /> 27.
