The proposed alley vacation and all signing and physical changes required to <br /> complete the alley vacation must be completed pnor to issuance of an;� building <br /> permits. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as not to im;�• ^t the surrounding <br /> properties. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> 3. A new sidewalk is required connecting from the sidewalk on Maple Street to the <br /> sidewalk on Walnut Street. Dc�dication of right-of-way on the west edge of the <br /> cul-de-sac on Walnut will be required to accammodate the new sidewalk. <br /> Fencing to �epartment of Transportation standards will be required for the <br /> sidewalk along the Califomia Street frontage.
