These <br /> comments address building issues only, additional revisions or addidons may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Udlities, Planning or Fire). 'This item applies to the shell <br /> spaces on levels PI and C2. <br /> f2. Plans shall conform with Chapter 5 as follows: <br /> fa. Table No. 5-A for wall and opening protection. This item applies to the windows shown <br /> in the south wall of stair 100S 1 (openings are not permitted less than 5 feet from propeRy <br /> lines). <br /> ✓�. Table 5-B for occupa�icy separadons. This item applies to the wall between pazking P100 <br /> and the lobby P100L] (1 hour occupancy separation is required). <br /> ✓3. Parapet wall height and construction shall be not less than indicated in Section 1710. This <br /> item applies to the north wall at level P5. <br /> ,/4. Provide a smooth, Hazd, nonabsorbent surface on floors and walls of toilet rooms per Secdon <br /> 510(b). Several of the toilet room elevations do not indicate wall surfaces. In addition, <br /> interior elevation (s) are required for the other single toilet rooms. <br /> ✓5. Overflow drains having the same size as roof drains and on independent drain lines are <br /> required. In lieu of this, overflow scuppers three times the size of roof drains can be installed <br /> in parapet walls. The overflow drain system is requireci to have inlets located 2 inches above <br /> the low point of the roof. Su;tion 3207(c).
