Roberts <br />Director <br />SF��, �D/02(i <br />I�ZZ rvl�pduga//4�+e <br />On January 15, Z met with Steve Griffin, owner of Broadway Hardware, <br />and Bob Turner, his landscaping contractor to discuss completion of <br />the parking lot landscaping. It was agreed that the foilowing <br />revisions be made to the landscaping plan submitted by his architect <br />and approved hy the City: <br />1) The vine maple trees in the landscaping area be changed to Nor.way <br />map1= trees; <br />Z) The irrigation system be drip irrigation; <br />3) The kinnick kinnick groundcover be changed to St. John's wort; <br />q) The lawn shown along the north and south sides of the parking lot <br />be re�laced by St. John's wort; <br />5) It was clariiied that the berm requirement applies only to the <br />McDougall frontage and not to the north and south property lines <br />or tree islands. <br />In addition to the changes noted to the ofnthe�pssuance of the Public <br />that the January 9 one year anniversary <br />Works permit for the parking lot, which is the time specified in the <br />Resolution of Intent to Rezone by which the improvements for the <br />property were to be completed, would be extended until April 1, 1993, <br />due to the freezing weather and probable plant loss under these <br />c�nditions. In the meantime, Steve agreed to remove all of the weeds <br />tl�nt had grown in the perimeter landscape area.
