A preconstruction conference shall be held at the City of Everett Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility(WPCF)after award of Contract. <br /> 1. Engineer will notify the Contractor as to the date and time of the conference two(2)weeks <br /> in advance of the proposed date. <br /> ' 2. Contractor's Project Manager and Project Superintendent and Contractor's Subcontractor <br /> Representatives shall attend. <br /> 1.5 PROJECT SIGNS <br /> ' A. Within 10 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed,furnish, install, and maintain a Project Sign as <br /> defined herein.
