1 <br /> 1.9 PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> A. At least once each month during construction of the Work,provide progress pictures as directed <br /> ' by Engineer. <br /> 1. Pictures shall be digital and provided on disk with thumbnail index. <br /> 2. Provide number of photographs as follows: <br /> ' a. Twenty-four(24)ground level color photos per month. <br /> b. Three(3)color aerial photos taken at each of the following: <br /> 1) At 0 PCT complete. <br /> 2) At three(3)month intervals after initial set. <br /> ' 3) At 100 PCT complete. <br /> 3. Contractor shall schedule and coordinate photographer with Engineer's Field <br /> Representative. <br /> ' 4. Photographically impose a site plan key map on each photograph in the upper right hand <br /> corner and show by arrow the subject and the direction from which the photograph was <br /> taken. <br /> a. Contractor shall be responsible for negotiations of any waivers or alternate arrangements <br /> required to enable transportation of materials to the site. <br /> ' B. Access, Traffic Control, and Parking: <br /> 1. Maintain conditions of access roads to sites such that access is not hindered as the result of <br /> construction related deterioration. <br /> 2. Maintain access for chemical delivery trucks to the existing chlorine building at all times <br /> prior to demolition. Maintain access for chemical delivery trucks to the new chlorine <br /> building once it is substantially complete. <br /> ' 3. Do not permit driving across or transporting materials or equipment across areas outside the <br /> construction limits shown on the Drawings. <br /> 4. Provide traffic control devices and personnel necessary to ensure a safe interface of <br /> construction traffic with business traffic to and from adjacent sites. <br /> ' 5. Provide access routes for emergency vehicles at all times. <br /> 6. Provide daily sweeping of hard-surface roadways to remove soils tracked onto roadway. <br /> 7. Provide on-site parking for all staff to limit interference with adjacent properties and <br /> ' businesses. <br /> 1.14 HISTORICAL AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL <br /> A.
