D. Fence Standards for Core Residential Area Zones and UR Zone <br /> 1) Fences may be six feet tall and solid except when the fence is within: <br /> a) The city right-of-way; <br /> b) The area between the paved street(s)and the principal building(s); <br /> c) The area between the paved street and a line drawn parallel to the street which extends from the <br /> front corners of the principal building(s)to the side lot lines. In cases of a principal building with <br /> multiple corners,the corner of the principal building which is closest to the side lot line will be used <br /> except that the parallel line will not be more than eight feet behind the front facade.
