To review the initial progress schedule; <br /> I19 2. To establish a working understanding among the various parties associated or affected <br /> 20 by the work; <br /> 21 3. To establish and review procedures for progress payment, notifications, approvals, <br /> I22 submittals, etc. <br /> 23 4. To establish normal working hours for the work; <br /> 24 5. To review safety standards and traffic control; and <br /> I25 6. To discuss such other related items as may be pertinent to the work. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 The Contractor shall prepare and submit at the preconstruction conference the following: <br /> I28 1. A breakdown of all lump sum items; <br /> 29 2. A preliminary schedule of working drawing submittals; and <br /> 30 3. A list of material sources for approval if applicable. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 (******) <br /> 33 4. Project Labor List-Weighted Wage Rates for Force Account work. <br /> 1 34 5. Project Equipment List that includes information as set forth in Equipment Watch. <br /> 35 6. 24-hour Phone Contact List of individuals responsible for responding to issues outside of <br /> 36 working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. <br /> I37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Add the following new section: <br /> I40 <br /> 41 1-08.0(2) Hours of Work <br /> 42 (December 8, 2014 APWA GSP) <br /> I43 <br /> 44 Except in the case of emergency or unless otherwise approved by the Engineer, the normal <br /> 45 working hours for the Contract shall be any consecutive 8-hour period between 7:00 a.m. <br /> I 46 and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, exclusive of a lunch break.
