1 1. The Contractor shall maintain a Work site that is free of harassment, humiliation, <br /> 2 fear, hostility and intimidation at all times. Behaviors that violate this requirement <br /> 3 include but are not limited to: <br /> 4 <br /> 5 a. Persistent conduct that is offensive and unwelcome. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 b. Conduct that is considered to be hazing. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 c. Jokes about race, gender, or sexuality that are offensive. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 d. Unwelcome, unwanted, rude or offensive conduct or advances of a sexual <br /> 12 nature which interferes with a person's ability to perform their job or creates an <br /> 13 intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 e. Language or conduct that is offensive, threatening, intimidating or hostile <br /> 16 based on race, gender, or sexual orientation. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 f. Repeating rumors about individuals in the Work Site that are considered to be <br /> 19 harassing or harmful to the individual's reputation. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 1-07.11(5) Sanctions <br /> 22 This section is supplemented with the following: I <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Immediately upon the Engineer's request, the Contractor shall remove from the Work <br /> 25 site any employee engaging in behaviors that promote harassment, humiliation, fear or <br /> 26 intimidation including but not limited to those described in these specifications. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 1-07.11(6) Incorporation of Provisions <br /> 29 The first sentence is revised to read: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 The Contractor shall include the provisions of Section 1-07.11(2) Contractual <br /> 32 Requirements (1) through (5) and the Section 1-07.11(5) Sanctions in every subcontract <br /> 33 including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 1-07.18 Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance <br /> 36 Item number 1 is supplemented with the following new sentence: <br /> 37 <br /> 38 This policy shall be kept in force from the execution date of the Contract until the <br /> 39 Physical Completion Date. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1-08.AP 1 I <br /> 42 Section 1-08, Prosecution and Progress <br /> 43 January 2, 2018 <br /> 44 1-08.5 Time for Completion <br /> 45 Item number 2 of the sixth paragraph is supplemented with the following: <br /> 46 <br /> 47 f. A copy of the Notice of Termination sent to the Washington State Department of <br /> 48 Ecology (Ecology); the elapse of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the <br /> 49 Notice of Termination by Ecology; and no rejection of the Notice of Termination by <br /> 50 Ecology.
