The Contractor shall respond to spills to land or water in accordance <br /> 25 with the Contract. I 26 <br /> 27 8-01.3(1)C7 Turbidity Curtain <br /> 28 All Work for the turbidity curtain shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> I <br /> 29 recommendations for the site conditions. Removal procedures shall be developed and <br /> 30 used to minimize silt release and disturbance of silt.
