The street sweeper shall effectively collect these materials <br /> I 44 and prevent them from being washed or blown off the Roadway or into waters of the <br /> 45 State. Street sweepers shall not generate fugitive dust and shall be designed and <br /> 46 operated in compliance with applicable air quality standards. Material collected by the <br /> I <br /> 47 street sweeper shall be disposed of in accordance with Section 2-03.3(7)C. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 When allowed by the Engineer, power broom sweepers may be used in non- <br /> ' 50 <br /> 51 environmentally sensitive areas. The broom sweeper shall sweep dirt and other debris <br /> from the roadway into the work area.
