The agreement for Unexpected Site Changes will be documented by signature of <br /> 39 the Contractor, or notation of verbal agreement. If the Contractor is in disagreement with <br /> 40 anything required by the order for Unexpected Site Changes, the Contractor may protest the <br /> 41 order as provided in Section 1-04.5. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Payment will be determined in accordance with Section 1-09.6. For the purpose of providing <br /> 44 a common Proposal for all Bidders, the Contracting Agency has entered an amount for <br /> 45 "Unexpected Site Changes" in the Proposal to become part of the total Bid by the <br /> 46 Contractor.
