1 <br /> 1 county where the Contracting Agency headquarters is located, provided that where an action <br /> 2 is asserted against a county, RCW 36.01.05 shall control venue and jurisdiction. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 1-04 SCOPE OF THE WORK <br /> 6 <br /> 7 1-04.2 Coordination of Contract Documents, Plans, Special Provisions, <br /> 8 Specifications, and Addenda <br /> 9 (March 13, 2012 APWA GSP) <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Revise the second paragraph to read: <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Any inconsistency in the parts of the contract shall be resolved by following this order of <br /> 14 precedence (e.g., 1 presiding over 2, 2 over 3, 3 over 4, and so forth): <br /> 15 1. Addenda, <br /> 16 2. Proposal Form, ' <br /> 17 3. Special Provisions, <br /> 18 4. Contract Plans, <br /> 19 5. Amendments to the Standard Specifications, <br /> 20 6. Standard Specifications, <br /> 21 7. Contracting Agency's Standard Plans or Details (if any), and <br /> 22 8. WSDOT Standard Plans for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 1-04.4 Changes <br /> 26 <br /> 27 1-04.4(1)Minor Changes <br /> 28 Section 1-04.4(1) including title, is revised to read as follows: <br /> 29 <br /> 30 rem" <br /> 31 1-04.4(1) Unexpected Site Changes <br /> 32 Payments or credits for changes amounting to $15,000 or less may be made under the Bid <br /> 33 Item "Unexpected Site Changes". At the discretion of the Contracting Agency, this procedure <br /> 34 for Unexpected Site Changes may be used in lieu of the more formal procedure as outlined <br /> 35 in Section 1-04.4, Changes. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 The Contractor will be provided a copy of the completed order for Unexpected Site <br /> 38 Changes. The agreement for Unexpected Site Changes will be documented by signature of <br /> 39 the Contractor, or notation of verbal agreement. If the Contractor is in disagreement with <br /> 40 anything required by the order for Unexpected Site Changes, the Contractor may protest the <br /> 41 order as provided in Section 1-04.5. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Payment will be determined in accordance with Section 1-09.6. For the purpose of providing <br /> 44 a common Proposal for all Bidders, the Contracting Agency has entered an amount for <br /> 45 "Unexpected Site Changes" in the Proposal to become part of the total Bid by the <br /> 46 Contractor.
