I1 <br /> 2 <br /> I3 1-05 CONTROL OF WORK <br /> 4 <br /> 5 1-05.3 Working Drawings <br /> I6 <br /> 7 Section 1-05.3 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 8 <br /> 9 (August 2, 2004 WSDOT GSP) <br /> I 10 When submittals require review by the railroad, the Engineer will require up to 60 calendar <br /> 11 days from the date the submittals are received until they are returned to the Contractor. If a <br /> I12 submittal is returned unapproved and then resubmitted, then an additional review time of up <br /> 13 to 60 calendar days will be required. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 If more than 60 calendar days are required for the Engineer's review of any individual <br /> I16 submittal or resubmittal, an extension of time will be considered in accordance with Section <br /> 17 1-08.8. <br /> 18 <br /> I19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 1-05.4 Conformity With and Deviations from Plans and Stakes <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Supplement this section with the following: <br /> 24 <br /> I25 Roadway and Utility Surveys <br /> 26 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP, Option 1) <br /> 27 <br /> I28 The Engineer shall furnish to the Contractor one time only all principal lines, grades, and <br /> 29 measurements the Engineer deems necessary for completion of the work. These shall <br /> 30 generally consist of one initial set of: <br /> I31 1. Slope stakes for establishing grading; <br /> 32 2. Curb grade stakes; <br /> 33 3. Centerline finish grade stakes for pavement sections wider than 25 feet; and <br /> I34 4. Offset points to establish line and grade for underground utilities such as water, sewers, <br /> 35 and storm drains. <br /> 36 <br /> I37 On alley construction projects with minor grade changes, the Engineer shall provide only <br /> 38 offset hubs on one side of the alley to establish the alignment and grade. <br /> 39 <br /> I40 <br /> 41 (******) <br /> 42 Payment <br /> 43 Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1 for the following bid item when <br /> I44 included in the proposal: <br /> 45 <br /> 46 "Contractor Surveying", per lump sum. <br /> I47 <br /> 48 The lump sum contract price for "Contractor Surveying" shall be full pay for all labor, <br /> 49 equipment, materials, and supervision utilized to perform the Work specified, including any <br /> WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE UTILITIES PAGE 24 OF 117 August 2018 <br /> WORK ORDER#3588 <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />
