The report was distributed to Cornhusker Insurance Companies and the <br />Ci!y of Everett. Since the report is noted for excusive use by Cornhusker, you shouid contact them or Jim Paustian for a copy of <br />the report if you are going to submit the application for building permit(s). <br />A'Stop Work' was issued on 2/13 since permits are required for the type of work invoived. In regards to the ceiling repair of the <br />�i2/2007 <br />
