Sprinklers are not required under the porhble or the access plat(orm nnd <br />ramp provided the lour exceptions under this NFPA section are maintained. It appears that all <br />of the exceptions either appl}' directly or arr easy to obtain. Of note the portable and access <br />platform will have to have skirting and the (looring needs to be af "tight" construction. A copy <br />of the exception is attached to this letter. <br />Tony soid that we would not need to provide sprinkler calculations. He indicated that the <br />sprinklering requiremenls of the Rite Aid Facility when in use as a mercantile (acility would <br />have Ucen much more stringent than the proposed use as a pracrce facility.
