Any spill to water that cannot be Washington State Emergency <br /> contained: Management Division: (800) 258- <br /> 5990 <br /> 6. Removal and Disposal of Contaminated Materials: Remove all contaminated soil and place <br /> on a plastic liner, cover with plastic, and remove offsite within 24 hours. Properly dispose <br /> of contaminated soil at an approved disposal facility. Collect absorbent and other materials <br /> into a labeled container and properly dispose of at an approved disposal facility. <br /> 7. Follow-Up Reporting: Fill out a Spill Report Form (located in Appendix A, Exhibit A-9) <br /> within two working days and submit it to Contractor's ESC Lead. <br /> SPCC Program Management <br /> All Contractor employees will be trained in these spill control and response procedures, including <br /> spill source and receptor recognition, spill prevention techniques, spill response measures, and <br /> spill reporting protocol. <br /> Should site conditions change, this SPCC will be updated as necessary. <br /> 6.0 SPECIAL REPORTS AND STUDIES <br /> "Geotechnical Engineering Services— Proposed Liberty Hall, Everett Community College" by <br /> GeoEngineers, dated June 10, 2010, is provided in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 7.0 OTHER PERMITS <br /> A National Pollution Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) Stormwater permit from the DOE is <br /> necessary because the proposed improvements will disturb more than 1 acre. <br /> 8.0 MISCELLANEOUS FORMS AND WORKSHEETS <br /> The City of Everett Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation will be provided to the City, if <br /> necessary, for the City's use to determine permit fees and bond amounts. <br /> 9.0 MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS <br /> This section includes a list of specific permanent and construction BMPs and instructions for their <br /> maintenance. Maintenance guidelines for erosion control'facilities should be onsite at all times <br /> during construction, and the checklists for permanent stormwater facilities shallbe kept by those <br /> responsible for the maintenance of these facilities. A checklist shall be prepared and submitted <br /> to the City of Everett per the following schedule: <br /> • Monthly from November through April <br /> • Once in late summer(September) <br /> • After any major storm event <br /> Stormwater Site Plan Report <br /> Evert Community College C3C3C113 <br /> Index Hall Replacement&Surface Parking Lot"M" 10 <br /> 209459.10/209459.11 <br />
